▲ 在竞技体育领域,运动员的心理健康问题日益受到关注,在历史脉络的演化中,“正念”可以帮助运动员更好地觉察自己的身心状态,及时调整心态,避免受到外界干扰和负面情绪的影响。文章以Web of Science为数据库收集“正念”对运动员的影响的相关文献210篇,并以此为数据源,采用可视化分析对目前研究的热点话题及发展趋势进行梳理,厘清“正念”对运动员研究的热点、演化路径,为广大教练员、运动员及科研工作者提供参考。
