摘要

▲ 熟悉所在周期评分规则并以此指导难度动作的发展理念，是每个奥运周期运动员训练备赛的基础工作与重要环节。文章按照惯例，在新周期男子体操规则发布后，第一时间在宏观与微观层面对比分析“新”“老”规则难度动作内容与要求的变化，总结规则对洛杉矶奥运周期男子体操难度动作发展的新主张，并提出训练与备赛建议。
